First project funded thanks to our new crowd!

We’re only a few weeks old and we’ve already got one project under our belt! The Tributaries of the Whitestone River project in Southland was fully funded during November. For that we have to thank our very first donors who showed that they really believe crowdfunding riparian restoration can work.

We’re stoked that you’re part of our crowd and care about the health of our waterways. The landowners for this Southland project has now ordered their plants and preparing for planting next year. We look forward to our crowd growing and helping the next project, Waikohu River Tributary, get funded! The bigger the crowd, the better!
